Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Concrete Contractors of Richardson (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Services Description

Concrete Contractors of Richardson provides commercial and residential concrete construction services in Richardson, TX and surrounding areas, including:

• Concrete foundation and slab installation
• Tilt-wall construction and structural concrete
• Concrete repair and restoration
• Decorative concrete applications
• Asphalt and paving services
• Masonry and stucco work
• Site preparation and earthwork

Service Agreements

Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, site conditions, or other factors. Final pricing will be confirmed in a written contract.

Contracts and Payment

All work requires a signed contract detailing scope, pricing, and timeline. Payment terms are typically 50% deposit upon contract signing and 50% upon completion, unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards, checks, and cash.

Permits and Inspections

Client is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits unless otherwise specified in the contract. We will coordinate with inspectors as needed and ensure work meets local building codes and regulations.

Project Timeline and Scheduling

Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, site conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any schedule changes promptly. Delays caused by client changes may result in additional charges.

Warranties and Guarantees

Workmanship Warranty

We warrant our workmanship for a period of 1 year from completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage from misuse, abuse, or natural disasters.

Material Warranties

Material warranties are provided by manufacturers and vary by product. We will assist in processing manufacturer warranty claims for defects in materials.

Limitations

Warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, or damage caused by third parties. Concrete movement due to soil conditions or settling is not covered under warranty.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide clear access to work areas
• Ensure utilities are marked and protected
• Remove valuables from work areas
• Be available for decisions during the project
• Make payments according to agreed terms
• Allow reasonable time for concrete curing

Liability and Insurance

Concrete Contractors of Richardson maintains general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. We are licensed, bonded, and insured. Our liability is limited to the contract amount unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by acts of nature, war, terrorism, government regulations, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will first be addressed through direct communication. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved through mediation in Dallas County, Texas, under Texas law.
