We install EIFS per manufacturer specifications and industry best practices.
Stucco and EIFS application requires proper substrate preparation, weather barrier installation, and coordinated sequencing with other building envelope components. Windows, doors, and other openings must be properly integrated with weather barriers. We coordinate stucco work with other trades to ensure complete, functional building envelopes.
