GC Service Brief
Commercial foundation construction provides the structural base for office buildings, retail centers, and industrial facilities. Foundation systems include spread footings, continuous footings, and structural slab-on-grade construction selected based on building loads, soil conditions, and structural requirements. Proper foundation construction ensures building performance throughout its service life.
Spread footings distribute column loads to bearing soils at specified capacities. Footing size, reinforcement, and depth depend on structural loads and soil bearing capacity. We construct spread footings per structural drawings with proper reinforcement placement and concrete consolidation.
Continuous footings support bearing walls and distribute linear loads along foundation lines. Foundation stem walls may be cast integrally with footings or separately depending on construction sequencing. We construct continuous foundation systems meeting structural requirements.
Structural slab-on-grade construction provides floor surfaces that also function as structural elements. These slabs may support equipment loads, interior columns, or storage systems. Reinforcement, thickness, and joint design must accommodate both floor and structural functions.
As a general contractor, we deliver complete foundation systems coordinated with superstructure construction. Direct contracts ensure accountability for foundation quality and schedule performance.
